Conflicts:
- `spec/validators/status_length_validator_spec.rb`:
  Upstream refactored tests to stub `StatusLengthValidator::MAX_CHARS`
  while glitch-soc had custom code to read from `MAX_TOOT_CHARS`.
  Switched to using upstream's implementation of the tests.
