Use Html2Text to generate plaintext for keyword mutes. #236. 
This allows us to match URLs inside link hrefs.

Glitch::FilterHelper -> Glitch::KeywordMuteHelper. #234. 
The class helps out with keyword mutes, not just some general concept of
"filtering".
