Conflicts:

Upstream tests for changing themes in there, but glitch-soc has
its own place for that.
Updated upstream's change while skipping the theme test.
Previously all controllers would use the single "No accounts changed as
none were selected" message. This commit changes them to read "tags",
"posts", "emojis", etc. where necessary.
