f095a9f8a5 Allow Symbol keyed Hash in LinkedDataSignature (#4715) 
SerializarbleResource#as_json serializes to Symbol keyed Hash, but current
implementation of LinkedDataSignature expects String keyed Hash.

So it generates broken payload.
