* Update boards and ra files
* Remove unreferenced files, board_init.c and board_leds.c, from Makefile
* Remove unreferenced FSP instances from ra_gen/*.[ch]
* Remove unreferenced FSP config files ra_cfg/*.h
* e2 studio generates FSP instances but renesas-ra uses only followings:
  lpm, flash, ioport
