More improvements to Terminal: 
* Fix Hallowing.
* Fix builds without displayio.
* Fix y bounds that appears as untrollable row of pixels.
* Add scrolling to TileGrid.
* Remove Sprite to save space. TileGrid is a drop in replacement.
