Use MP_REGISTER_MODULE with displayio, terminalio, and fontio
...
Convert from using MICROPY_PORT_BUILTIN_MODULES_STRONG_LINKS to using MP_REGISTER_MODULE for displayio, terminalio, and fontio modules.
Related to #5183 .
