Removes: * AUTORESET_DELAY_MS which never did anything but was introduced somehow. * CIRCUITPY_BOOT_BUTTON in all but one ESP board because they all have them. There is a default based on the strapping pins. * BOARD_USER_SAFE_MODE_ACTION because it was all the same for boards with boot buttons. Scott Shawcroft	d99847b410	Refactor pin reset on ESP ... This makes it easier to blanket never reset flash and USB pins. It also allows us to set a custom state after reset. The first case is for the double tap reset that needs to be pulled low. Fixes #5893	2022-01-20 12:40:41 -08:00
