Ayke van Laethem	987381dfa0	nrf: Make machine.UART optional. ... Leave it enabled by default on all targets. This is only possible when using UART-over-BLE (NUS) instead of the default hardware peripheral. The flash area saved is quite substantial (about 2.2KB) so this is useful for custom builds that do not need UART.	2018-07-18 17:12:25 +10:00
