Fix off by one error in OnDiskBitmap 
It resulted in the first row of pixels being pulled for out of bounds.

Fixes #1801

Unify VM cleanup code 
Before we were skipping reset of the standard busses after boot and
repl which could lead to a crash in a subsequent VM run.

Fixes #1806
