stm: Use FLASH_FIRMWARE instead of FLASH_TEXT in linker scripts

for compatibility with the build_memory_info script

This change was scripted:
    git grep -l FLASH_TEXT | xargs sed -i s/FLASH_TEXT/FLASH_FIRMWARE/
