py/scheduler: Use MP_REGISTER_ROOT_POINTER().
This uses MP_REGISTER_ROOT_POINTER() to register sched_queue instead of using a conditional inside of mp_state_vm_t. Signed-off-by: David Lechner <david@pybricks.com>
