py/binary.c: Fix bug when packing big-endian 'Q' values.

Without bugfix:

    struct.pack('>Q', 16)
    b'\x00\x00\x00\x10\x00\x00\x00\x00'

With bugfix:

    struct.pack('>Q', 16)
    b'\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x10'
