atmel-samd: Pin reset improvements.

* Reset SWD lines to SWD rather than GPIO. This makes OpenOCD happier.
* Default speaker enable lines to False for CircuitPlayground to prevent
  the speaker from buzzing when no sound is playing. Fixes #126
