samd/boards/ADAFRUIT_FEATHER_M0_EXPRESS: Update for flash and pins.

- mpconfigboard.h: flash and USART config
- mpconfigboard.mk: enable LFS1
- pins.c: define pins and LEDs
- pins.h: define structs and consts
