py/lexer: Add missing initialisation for fstring_args_idx.

This was missed in 692d36d779. Probably
never noticed because everything enables `MICROPY_GC_CONSERVATIVE_CLEAR`,
but found via ASAN thanks to @gwangmu & @chibinz.
